We would like to address the community regarding the splash pad, which as you know has been unavailable. Due to supply chain issues affecting the availability of parts and components needed, as well as issues with water drainage, we have not been able to open the splash pad yet, but we would like to assure you that Hill Country Galleria is actively working to resolve these issues to get it up and running again. We understand that the closure affects the experience and expectations of families who visit our property, and we appreciate your patience and support during this time of inconvenience. The Central Plaza Pavilion is open to the public during regular hours. If you would like to host an event including personal birthday parties, etc. please contact the Hill Country Galleria Management office for coordination (512-263-0001). While the Pavilion cannot be reserved, we can help assist you in knowledge of other events happening in the Central Plaza to not conflict with your plans.
The Central Plaza is home to over 200 events a year. Check the website calendar to find out dates/times and join in on the fun!

The Hill Country Galleria offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property and can be easily connected to in the Central Plaza. From your device, look for FREEGALLERIA and follow the onboarding instructions to access the service.
The Central Plaza is frequently monitored by the Hill Country Galleria's contracted security team. Security is available on property 24/7 and can be reached at 512-568-6182 at anytime..
