Hill Country Galleria, premier lifestyle center located west of downtown Austin in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, is excited to announce the annual Independence Day Festival will take place on Monday, July 4. The family-friendly celebration is free and open to the public and will feature live music performances on the Central Plaza Stage, over 60 art vendors on the streets of Hill Country Galleria, water games, fair rides, and complimentary face painting for the kids, an evening firework show, and more. Guests are encouraged to shop and dine at the Galleria’s resident retailers and eateries and revel in the festivities.

The community is invited to celebrate America’s freedom at Hill Country Galleria’s annual Independence Day Festival. The event includes a full lineup of live music taking place at the Central Plaza with performances by Two Tons of Steel, Southern Angels, Rock Bottom String Band, Robin Mordecai, and The Saddle Sores, plus kids’ rides, water games and activities, more than 60 arts vendors spread throughout the property, festival treat vendors, and a spectacular fireworks show to end the evening.
Additionally, Vista Brewing will be back for a one-day reunion with their mobile beer station, curating specialty brews such as the Land of The Free: a crisp, light, delicate American Lager; Home of The Brave: a citrus forward, balanced and light Session IPA; and Dark Skies: a super light, roasty black pilsner, which was announced a gold medal winner at the US Beer Open. Guests are also welcome to dine in or order from the Galleria’s restaurant and food options and are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy live music beginning at 4 p.m. on the Central Plaza lawn. Pets are welcome, and admission and parking are free. The Independence Day Festival is produced by Special Events Live, curators of the beloved Pecan Street Festival in downtown Austin.
