At Saltgrass Steak House, it’s about more than just serving up a perfectly char-grilled Certified Angus Beef® Steak; it’s about upholding Texas tradition. The first Saltgrass Steak House was established along the historic Salt Grass Cattle Trail outside of Houston, where Texas ranchers would drive their livestock south to graze on the salt grasses of the Gulf Coast. For generations loyal guests have satisfied their steak cravings at their local Saltgrass Steak House, and soon you can too. The menu features favorites such as BBQ baby back ribs, burgers, a dynamic seafood selection, and of course, Certified Angus Beef® Steak prepared on an open-flame Saltgrass style, and topped with garlic butter for mouthwatering flavor. With a culinary commitment to authenticity, all breads, dressings, soups and desserts are made from scratch daily. Be sure to visit the No Bull Lounge during happy hour for specially priced appetizers, drinks, and catch the latest games. With its charming décor and inviting interior, we invite you to come and taste what 25+ years of Texas tradition tastes like.
