Contracommon is a nonprofit that provides affordable studios to emerging artists. We foster a sense of community in an inclusive way to go against the common. Contracommon has a dedicated 1,200 sq/foot gallery space, 12 artist studios,&nbsp;communal workspace, office, onsite laundry, and kitchen.&nbsp;We believe in providing artists the opportunity to present their work to the world without the obstacles of a traditional studio/gallery arrangement.
