Dogadillo – A dog and cat boutique located at the Hill Country Galleria is seeking part time sales associates who enjoy working with pets and people in a fun atmosphere. Sales person/key holder will have the responsibility to open and close the store. Will be trained on our products to answer customer’s questions, driving sales. We have flexible hours – needing associates 10-20 hours per week. Store hours are: Mon-Sat. 10AM – 9PM, Sun. Noon – 6PM.

Qualifications
- Must love dogs & cats
- Excellent people skills
- Basic computer skills a must
- Ability to carry medium to large items several feet, weighing up to 50lbs
- Retail Sales/merchandising experience – a plus
- At least 18 years old

The Assistant Property Manager (APM) reports directly to the Asset Manager and Property Manager and works independently performing a wide range of complex administrative and operational duties. The position will function as a generalist, “jack of all trades”, working in the areas of operations, tenant relationships and financial reporting. This position must follow all established guidelines, procedures, and budgets as well.
The APM is expected to assist the Owner and PM in the implementation and administration of policies, procedures and programs on a day-to-day basis that will assure that all projects are well managed. This role is pivotal to the success of our operations. Team members are expected to assist with additional assignments that may be requested by direct supervisors and to take initiative in lending assistance to other members of the team.

• Prepare new tenant package including all forms, informational memos.
• Set up new and maintain existing tenant lease files, including Lease Abstract, guaranty schedule, track outstanding CDMs, etc.
• Answer all tenant requests (either by phone or email) and enter into Corrigo for work orders to maintenance staff (Make certain tenants receive attention in appropriate timeframe).
• Update tenant contact information in Corrigo.
• Maintain updated monthly janitorial S.F. Report and distribute to PM and janitorial company.
• Coordinate with Security to issue all new building tenant keys and access cards as per request by tenant. Update Security Access Card list and bill tenants accordingly.
• Maintain key log and key box.
• Print or order new signage requested by tenants or needed for new tenants to the Buildings.
• Maintain current certificate of insurance log for all tenants and vendors. Track expiration dates and make sure that new certificates of insurance are issued on time and in accordance with lease and/or company guidelines.
• Track monthly utility and/or after-hours HVAC for back-charge to specific tenants; bill accordingly.
• Track tenant sales reports
General Administrative Duties:
• Compose and type correspondence, billings, and memos.
• Assist Owner with projects as needed.
• Assist with Promotions as needed.
• Maintain all accounting, tenant, vendor, lease files. .
• Keep kitchen and conference room clean throughout the day.
• Excellent attendance is a requirement of the position.
Special Projects:
• Assist PM and APM with preparation of annual budget as directed.
• Assist Promotions Manager in coordinating various tenant events in the Building.
• Assist with other special projects as needed.
• Attend Shopping Center promotions as needed.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree – Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).An assessment will be administered for computer and communication skills.
• Ability to keep information strictly confidential.
• Positive “Can Do” attitude and highest level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with real estate a plus
• Relationship Skills – Excellent client service orientation. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written with owners, tenants and coworkers; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; professional phone manner; mature and self-motivated team player with good conflict-resolution skills; committed to personal growth and integrity aligned with RMR objectives.
• Organizational/Multi-Task Skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results driven environment.
